Redisland is a premium 100% Australian extra virgin olive oil that comprises a blend of premium oils from around Australia. Redisland uses a large percentage of olive oils made from olive varieties that like warm climates. In most of these regions a large number of Spanish and eastern Mediterranean olive varieties have been planted. The result is a beautifully balanced and simple but fresh extra virgin olive oil that is suitable for a broad range of uses.

NJOI OLIVE OILS

A unique aroma of apples and fresh cut grass with a hint of green banana makes njoi blue a unique and distinctive extra virgin olive oil. A classic Australian blend of barnea, frantoio, koroneiki and leccino, this olive oil delivers that extra touch of spice with a healthy peppery kick. The contrast between this and its reserved fruity character means it enhances - rather than dominates – the flavour of a dish.

PRIMO ESTATE OLIVE OILS

Joe Grilli selects his fruit from grove specific batches, sourced to his specifications to create JOSEPH Cold Pressed extra virgin olive oil, an Australian gourmet icon. The oil is a grove specific blend of the classic Tuscan variety Frantoio and the Greek Koroneiki with South Australia's staple variety Verdale. The Verdale was the stand-out variety of the vintage producing exceptional fruit.
